- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5.30 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing accounts
- New business development (60%) and current account sales management (40%)
- Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales
- Meeting volume and revenue targets in Freight Forwarder sales channels
- Coordinating cross-trade business related to Singapore
- Supporting network/agent business by arranging shipments and providing information as needed
- Delivering optimal logístical solutions to customers
- Monitoring and achieving customer KPIs
- Preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and SOPs
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
- Working closely with Customer Service and Operations to execute customer quotations
- Preparing weekly sales progress reports for management
- Keeping Managing Director and Sales Manager informed on market information

- At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
