
Branding Development Manager

Strategic Business planning for assigned portfolio
Develop both long and short-term business plan and monitor results to achieve business growth.
Ensure that marketing mixes are constructed and continuously improved to deliver marketing objectives.
Review and evaluation of Marketing activities and results versus objectives every quarter and make recommendations for changes if plan is not meeting objectives and/or change of competitive environment dynamics etc.
Set target and discuss with MM on KPI for new products launches and align with Country Manager and Regional Marketing Director.
Continuously monitor performance of current products and propose portfolio changes if necessary.
Work with ship management team to explore new operation strategy in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate forecasting of new marketing strategy with sales team.
Brand Campaign
Work with advertising and media agencies to develop brand campaigns including big idea, communications plan, campaign mechanics & effectively build the brand positioning and achieve brand/business objectives.
Build the brand’s social and digital presence and continue to enhance top of mind brand awareness and consideration in digital space, in partnership with a digital agency.
Media
Experience in both Traditional and Digital Marketing.
Trade Promotions
Plan and implement all related trade promotion within portfolio from start and end with evaluation and make recommendation to improve (if necessary).
Manage and Control A&P Budget
Spend brand M&P budget effectively as allocated.
Analyze effectiveness and ROI of promotional activities.
Place & Price strategy
Develops distribution channel / coverage target planning along with sales team.
Propose price strategy considering brand positioning & competitor environment.
Budget Presentation and Mid-Year Review Presentation
To prepare key charts for the presentation together with MM/ Country Manager.
Monthly Reports
Submission and updates of various monthly reports every month.
Monthly tracking of competitors’ activities and reaction plan if needed.
Other projects
To undertake any additional assignments and projects assign by MM.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Degree holder in Business, Commerce or Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Good analytical skills, positive attitude, willing to learn and is able to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Team player, self-motivated, independent and results oriented.
