- More than 3 years of experience as a Director-Writer with a portfolio of diverse professional projects.
- Solid track record in creatively leading projects, conceptualising content, working with clients and being accountable for the team’s collective success.
- A great instinct for visual storytelling, a love for language, a flair for writing and a way with people.
- Strong in ideation and conceptualization, with ongoing curiosity about what’s new and what’s fresh in the video and media landscape.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English is a must. Proficiency in another local language is an asset.
- Ability to always keep the Big Picture in view while making sure all the details are taken care of in negotiating win-win outcomes.
- Direct experience working closely and in partnership with mid to high-level corporate, government or agency clients in mutually-respectful partnerships.
- An agile creative mind, skilled in crafting winning proposals and confident in leading pitches.
- “Your network is your net worth” - A wide and reliable network of industry contacts and freelancers whom you can call upon with confidence is an asset.

**What Will You Be Taking Charge Of?**
- Setting the standards and driving the creative vision of projects from pitch to delivery.
- Developing, writing and presenting ideas, concepts and visual references for pitches and won projects.
- Pre-interviewing profiles, researching and scriptwriting.
- Directing talents, interviewees, production and tech crew on shoots across diverse styles and genres.
- Delivering top-quality creative work and leading an efficient production process through the project life cycle.
- Partnering with our clients and leading them through the entire production cycle confidently, professionally and empathetically.
- Being actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production so as to uphold the creative standards and communication objectives of the project.
- Contributing to the development, improvement and execution of systems and best practices.
- Leading and guiding staff and freelance team in achieving the objectives set out for each project.
