- At least 3 years of production experience with a stellar track record in the media, creative or video production field as Producer for top-quality commercial, corporate and short-form videos.
- Strong project management experience in leading production teams, managing clients and balancing the needs of different stakeholders
- Capable of working through ambiguity, able to work independently to drive impact, while clearly communicating needs and context to all parties involved.

**What Will You Be Taking Charge Of?**
- Partnering with our clients and leading them through the entire production cycle confidently.
- Providing clear direction and timely communication with clients and team to ensure the effective running and completion of projects.
- Collaborating closely with the creative team to deliver top-quality creative work and supervising an efficient production process through the project life cycle.
- Being actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, location sourcing, scheduling and engaging of freelancers (creatives, crew and post).
- Working with project budgets and ensuring projects are consistently delivered within budget.
- Working with talents, interviewees and production crew on shoots across diverse styles and genres.
- Contributing to the development, improvement and execution of systems and best practices.
- Leading and guiding staff and freelance team in achieving the objectives set out for each project.
