Senior Video Producer

**The Role**
- Lead and manage a team of Producers and external vendors.
- Oversee multiple projects through the development, execution and approval process.
- Drive top-quality creative work and lead projects through an efficient production process.
- Allocate resources effectively, anticipate issues and mitigate risks from pitch to delivery.
- Track and manage costs so as to deliver projects within budget.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams.
- Partner clients and lead them through the entire project cycle confidently.
- Be actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, location sourcing, scheduling, client reviews and hiring external vendors (creative, production, tech and post), so as to achieve the creative standards and communication objectives of the project.
- Edit scripts and direct talents, interviewees, production and tech crew on selected projects.
- Develop, improve and execute systems and best practices within the production process.

- 5+ years of solid track record in the media, creative or video production field as a Producer or Senior Producer producing commercial, corporate and short-form videos.
- Project management experience in leading production teams, managing clients and being accountable for the team’s collective success.
- Capable of working through ambiguity, can work independently to drive impact, and clearly communicate needs and context to all parties involved.
- Demonstrated abilities in managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively in order to successfully deliver high-quality projects.
- Always keeping the Big Picture in view while making sure all essential details are taken care of in negotiating win-win-win outcomes.
- Direct experience working with mid to high-level corporate, government or agency clients in mutually-respectful collaborative partnerships.
- A wide and reliable network of up-to-date industry contacts and freelancers whom you can call upon with confidence is essential.
- Clear and effective communication skills (spoken and written) in English is a must. Proficiency in another local language is a plus.
- An expert people manager, able to lead by example
