**About the Department**:
The** Finance and Corporate Services **function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals. Group Finance We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

The Business Analytics Development (BA) role is responsible for developing and maintaining business analytics solutions to support the department’s data-driven decision-making. The BA will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. The BA will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, data warehouse, and other data-related solutions. In addition, the BA will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Furthermore, the BA is responsible for conducting trainings to department users for SQL, Power BI DAX, Excel wrapper, Power BI Visualisations, Qlik Sense Visualisations, Macro VBA and Python to enhance the capability of the teams and their technical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of the Financial Strategy team to deliver insightful analytics for the Group Capital, Balance Sheet and Returns.- Responsible for gathering and analyzing data out of Datamart (FRR) and SSRS Reporting Tool including reports, dashboards, and integrations using SQL, Power BI DAX, Excel wrapper, Power BI Visualisations, Qlik Sense Visualisations and Macro VBA
- Develop models, dashboards, and reports to support analytics and reporting needs for key stakeholders.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define business requirements and prioritize analytics initiatives.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of analytics tools and platforms used across the department.
- Develop and maintain documentation on analytics models, processes, and solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of analytics solutions to ensure they are providing maximum value to the department.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Work on assigned projects with good project governance to ensure project completion within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Responsible to conduct trainings to department users for SQL, PBI DAX, Excel wrapper, Power BI Visualisations, Qlik Sense Visualisations, Macro VBA and Python
- Expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a strong understanding of business processes and Finance systems and be able to think critically and creatively to solve problems.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in Business Analytics Development role preferably within a large-scale organization.
- Practical data modelling methodology using analytical skills in SQL, Power BI DAX and Excel wrapper.
- Experience in developing reports, dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.
- Any experience in Datamart (FRR), SSRS Reporting Tool, Python and R is a plus.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex technical solutions is preferred.
- Good project management skills in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Conduct trainings on analytical tools (SQL, Power BI DAX and Excel wrapper), business intelligence visualization tools (Power BI Visualisations and Qlik Sense Visualisations) and automation tools (Micro VBA, Python.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks simultaneously and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
