**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be Lead of Group Analytics and Reporting team, focusing on Group financial reporting and analysis including overseeing the financial reporting process of the overseas branches and subsidiaries. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the month-end closing process, including reporting by overseas subsidiaries and branches to ensure compliant with Group Accounting Policies, execution of internal controls
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of the consolidated financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports together with related analysis to the stakeholders; review publicly disclosed corporate financial information for accuracy and consistency
- Leading financial reporting projects, such as improving efficiency of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) engines, implement process improvements to minimize manual intervention
- Participating in the acquisition integration team on issues related to the integration of financial reporting for newly acquired assets and businesses
- Provide relevant feedback on financial reporting impact/treatment on current accounting practice, new marketing strategy and new business venture
- Assist and support country finance manager on accounting inquiries raised, liaise with different Finance stakeholders to determine the appropriate accounting treatment based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as well as local requirements
- Managing relationships with external auditors, regulators

**Job Requirements**:

- A relevant degree from reputable university
- Minimum 10 years' experience with relevant business or accounting background in a financial institution or in external CPA firms
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results and alignment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of SAP, CFR, OBIEE and Power BI
- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Coordination Skills
