Terms of employment: Full time
**Roles and responsibilities**
**A. Manage Volunteer Programme**
- Establish structures for volunteer training, mobilisation, and evaluation
- Coordinate appropriate volunteer matching to the organisation’s various programmes
- Maintain database of volunteers and enhance retention to secure long-term volunteer pipeline
- Conduct regular dialogue, engagement and appreciation for volunteers, especially those holding key appointments
- Implement and review risk management controls to ensure data protection and long-term operational sustainability even when key volunteers leave
- Streamline and manage various recruitment channels
- Consolidate volunteer needs across the organisation’s various programmes by working with the programme heads
- Develop protocols and procedures for volunteer induction and onboarding
- Manage the charity’s volunteer management system, onboarding, and implementation
- Conduct training for end-users on usage of volunteer management system and on volunteer processes
**B. Support Programmes & Services**
- Submit notices to various recruitment portals and channels
- Manage and oversee intern onboarding, training, development, and supervision to enhance the interns’ experience and contribution to the organisation
**C. Coordinate Internship Programme**
- Submit notices to various recruitment portals and channels
- Manage and oversee intern onboarding, training, development, and supervision to enhance the interns’ experience and contribution to the organisation
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience
- Relevant working experience in volunteer management and social services
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong teamwork, and a pleasant personality
- Strong oral and written communication
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office
- Passion for charity and social service work
