
Compensation & Benefits Team Lead

Plan, review and develop the reward policies/ systems such as insurance benefits, payroll, payroll system, etc. across all Airbus entities in Singapore.
- Responsible to define role for the Singapore reward team and harmonized as well as simplified C&B processes for the team.
- Lead and manage annual C&B campaigns, e.g., salary benchmarking/ review, bonus, incentives, retention schemes, etc.
- Plan, review and develop the reward policies/ systems such as insurance benefits, payroll, payroll system, etc. across all Airbus entities in Singapore.
- Responsible to define role for the Singapore reward team and harmonized as well as simplified C&B processes for the team.
- Kept abreast on the updates of relevant government bodies and legislations such as Central Provision Fund (CPF), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) etc.
- Lead and manage annual C&B campaigns, e.g., salary benchmarking/ review, bonus, incentives, retention schemes, etc.
- Collaborate with regional reward team on job evaluation, job grading, and salary benchmarking.
- Responsible for a full range of C&B and shared services topics; plans, organizes and directs all activities associated with C&B and shared services.
- Collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders, to support business with professional advice, manpower cost budgeting and provisions, from reward’s perspective.
- Company representative at C&B conferences and main liaison with government agencies as and when needed.
- Responsible to ensure that monthly payroll process and ad-hoc annual payment campaigns (e.g., bonus, incentives, etc.) are completed accurately, timely, and compliant with HR policies and processes.
- Ensure business continuity, i.e., continuous back up support to ensure no interruption to payroll operations.
- Work closely with global mobility manager, APAC in supporting the Singapore global mobility management operations.
- Support local mobility scheme payments and compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Degree and above in any discipline preferably in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience on compensation & benefits.
- Strong in numerical, analytical mind with sharp attention to detail and excellent statistical skills.
- Proficient in Excel to produce quality analysis.
