**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of corporate & bank clients, with support from manager.
- Accurate & timely maintenance of systems, billings and data entry.
- Be aware of and focus on delivering team goals of growth, profitability, retention & increasing market share.
- Assist in structuring of Trade Credit, Political Risk and Surety Insurance products/programmes.
- Assist in broking and placing of products to the insurance market.
- Help advise and negotiate with clients and underwriters.
- Start building successful long term business relationships & develop professional network.
- Learn and deploy trade credit & political risk insurance technicalities, & broking skills & standards.
- Implement & comply with Non-Negotiable standards and requirements, including but not limited to Aon Client Promise & Aon Broking Guide.
- Ensure regulatory & corporate compliance standards are met at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field with understanding of the industry will be preferred
- Understanding and experience of general corporate business in Singapore &/or multinational environment
- Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
- Be highly reliable and a good team player
- Attention to detail and results orientated
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Willing to work hard to deliver results and to learn and develop business skills
