**Responsibilities**:

- Handle jobs covering air, sea, road - export, import, cross-trade and transshipment.
- Meet all clients' requirements and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation;
- Ensure compliance with Company's corporate protocol.
- To liaise with carriers and co-loaders for rates for seafreight shipments and airfreight agent for airfreight rates;
- To create job files in CW1, prepare shipping documentations (B/L and AWB), timely billings and closing of job files;
- Verifying of vendors invoices pertaining to shipments.
- Take full ownership of all operational logistics requirements from booking/ pre-alert, PO
- Ensure proper cargo handling, shipping documentation, expediting, and timely alerts to agents, customers, and contractors.
- To prepare, suggest and maintain customer Standard Operation Procedures.
- To ensure timely billings from vendors and verification of supplier invoices and jobs costing.
- To achieve and improve KPI’s set for the department. Customer visits when necessary. Other function as appointed.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
