Operations Executive - Ocean Freight Import Working Day: Full Time (5 days/week)Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,000 per month About the role As an Operations Executive - Ocean Freight Import at AWOT GLOBAL LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in the company's global logistics operations. This full-time position is based in the Changi East Region, where you will contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of cargo worldwide. Job Description Handle daily seafreight import operations. Coordinate with customers/vendors/carriers/overseas counterpart for all shipments. Ensure vendor costing are correct, and input in system accordingly. Ensure billing is done on time and according to quotation given. Handle Ocean Import permit declaration. Backup of your team member who is on leave / medical leave. Any other duties assigned by the superior/management What we\'re looking for With at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics/freight forwarding industry Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms. Familiarity with shipping documentation and export regulations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Team player with problem-solving abilities.
