**Roles & Responsibilities**

Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information while complying with internal and external requirements and providing exceptional operational customer service within the Air Operations Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Handles both Freehand and Nomination accounts
- Checks process board
- Performs all operational activities and ensures smooth day to day operations
- Coordinates timely pick up and dispatch of freight
- Creates load, keys in accurate and timely data entry into our operating system (Navisphere) throughout the coordination of shipments
- Ensures Buy Rate/Sell Rate/Profit Share are in place
- Execute booking with Gateway
- Liaises and coordinates with vendors to ensure smooth operations of outbound shipments
- Prepares handles and processes/uploads export customs documentation - House Airway Bills, Commercial documents, and Customs declaration in the operating system (Navisphere)
- Maintaining communication and control throughout the coordination of shipments.
- Handles and resolve issues throughout the coordination of shipments
- Execute, coordinates, and manage collection/delivery of COO with customers, Finance Team (for payment) and external parties
- Manages and submits CMD report to Customs on time
- Procuring costs from the vendor for Commercial Team, odd-sized, DG/Perishable cargoes, repacking fees, and manpower fees upon cargo collection.
- Contributes to maintaining strong customer and vendors relationship
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD
