**About the role**

The incumbent is required to support the Air Export Team in the transition to new system and daily operations, ensuring set business objectives are met

**What you will be doing**
- Use Global tools, interfaces and processes to execute export shipments and meeting set KPIs
- Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulations
- Coordinate with BUs (Customer Service Teams), planning team, warehouse and terminal transfer vendor to ensure timely and accurate execution of AWBs and preparation of carrier required documentation
- Validate and input accurate mandatory information and pricing for export transactions assigned to him/her
- Ensure and trigger pre-alerts and necessary electronic submission / interface to relevant stakeholders for the assigned air export shipments
- Back up and cross support other Air Export team members
- Attend to any air terminal requests / amendments to ensure timely uplift
- Handle mishandled, cross-labelled shipments, damaged and lost cargo
- Upon receiving Planning Load packing list from the Planning Team, to coordinate with warehouse and transfer teams for all BUP and Charter Shipments to prepare AWB and Airline Labels
- Ensure all cargoes are ready and prepared for flight, and coordinate accordingly
- Identify possible Dangerous Goods (DG) rendered to Bollore without declaration
- Check and ensure DG goods are declare and packed in accordance with IATA DG Regulation
- Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- To represent and participate in any internal improvement projects
- Timely escalation of issues / concerns that requires broader attention and resolution
- Maintain the Air Export Team administration of files and documentations
- Take on all other ad-hoc tasks delegated by Supervisor/Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3yrs experience in Air Export Operation
- Able to work on rotating shift, Sunday and Public Holiday
- Meticulous and attention to details
- IATA DG Certification, Cargowise knowledge will be an advantage
