**Job Description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Administration Support Intern. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes related to onboarding, recruitment, leave management, employee benefits, work passes, and more. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while working with a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support Day-to-Day HR Operations: Assist in the onboarding of new employees, handling recruitment activities, leave and benefits management, work pass matters, and more.
**Posting of Job Vacancies**: Create and post job vacancies on various job portals to attract potential applicants.Drafting Employment Contracts: Prepare accurate employment contracts for full-time, part-time, and intern employees.
**Employee Information Management**: Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date information for new hires, ensuring all records are complete.
**Employee Welfare**: Assist in the coordination of staff welfare activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and MOM employment practices.
**Utilise our HR Information System**:handle various aspects not limited to Attendance, Claims, Payroll and Staff P-Files Management
**Ad hoc HR Activities**:Provide support for any ad-hoc HR-related tasks and projects as required by the HR team.
**Qualifications**:Preferably pursuing a Human Resource-related course or possess a relevant HR educational certificate (ITE/Polytechnic/University undergraduates/graduates are welcome).
Strong communication skills and effective listening abilities to collaborate with various team members.
Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.Eagerness to learn and contribute fresh ideas, with a passion for continuous improvement in HR practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take on new challenges.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months for this internship (immediate starters are preferred)
.Able to work 5 days per week at 562 Serangoon Road and 221 Henderson Road
