We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The Human Resource Intern will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions, projects, and initiatives, while also managing hardware inventory and pantry maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy development.
- Manage hardware inventory, including tracking equipment issuance, returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the pantry is well-stocked and organized, including monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, organising documents, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Duration**:
This is a 4-6 months internship opportunity with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
