Prime Video is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist who will manage and execute Prime Video’s social media strategy, creating content, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance to improve online presence. Collaborating with Marketing and other teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve business goals through various social media platforms is key, while managing external agencies and key stakeholders internally to ensure timely availability of social media assets and posts will be a major aspect of this role Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, visuals, and videos. This may involve creating a monthly editorial calendar and utilizing tools like Sprinklr and other internal tools - Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide reports to identify areas for improvement. - Strategy Development & Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives. - Collaboration: Work with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Collaborate with Global teams to ensure launch timelines are met, coordinating Social assets in a timely manner and ensuring social posts are created in time. - Trend Monitoring: Research social media trends, identify relevant hashtags, and stay abreast of best practices.
