- Strong quantitative/analytical skills.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Own the customer lifecycle marketing strategy: create campaigns, manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, content and design, planning, localization, build, execution and reporting.
- Generating insights on customer behavior through data analysis and mapping the customer journey working closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams.
- Working with marketing channel owners on on-going experimentation to validate insights across segmentation, targeting, messaging, channel and creative optimization.
- Define a multi-channel retention strategy to onboard new customers, drive feature adoption, increase DAU/MAU, upsell users to new offerings and save at-risk customers.
- Partner with various partner teams (Prime, Retail, Music, etc.) to increase awareness of the Prime benefits supported by a continuous, meticulously planned and documented testing plan.
- Work closely with local and central automation teams to convert winning strategies into automated programs.
- Leaning into new techniques and strategies with a sense of what’s possible and to uncover new consumer truths and validate them.
- Work closely with other marketing channels and peers in other regions within Amazon to ensure key launches and partnerships are supported.
- Deep analysis of campaign and program performance to identify patterns and trends.

About the team

The Prime Video SEA Marketing Team for Amazon Prime Video is responsible for driving customer growth and engagement, through a very broad combination of marketing channels across marketplaces. We support the SEA region, that includes Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam while collaborating very closely with our colleagues all over the globe. We’ve grown rapidly in both size and influence and we’re looking for a future leader to join us.
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
- Proven track record using data-driven insights to build customer-backward strategies.
- Someone who enjoys working with teams to quickly iterate hypotheses and deliver on business priorities.
- You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
- Comfort with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations; able to operate in a start-up environment, where leaders are owners, wear multiple hats, and effortlessly think and act both strategically and tactically.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
