SUPERVISOR - F&B

Role Status - Full Time

**Job Summary**:

- 1 year intensive & multi-dimensioned program.
- 9 months mainly operations (3 months in kitchen, 6 months in service, bar and admin)
- 3 months: Diverse kinds of training with internal active & hands-on projects to solve our REAL issues on ground.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to handle operations alone.
- Able to train new staff/joiners.
- Willing to go the extra mile and show a strong commitment to always ensure great CX/EX (Customers experience / Employee experience).
- Prepare a clear and concise outlet schedule.
- Independently prepare outlet requirements and order them.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly inventory.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:

- Recent graduates are welcome to apply. A 1-year experience in food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification - Minimum ‘N’ level and above.
- Strong leadership skills and a natural team motivator
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse and solve problems.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
