Bar Supervisor

**Role & Responsibility**:

- Mixing of ingredients and preparation of basic alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- To support rest of Operations team members when needed.
- Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as set up bar stations and restocking all par levels for ingredients
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar fully stocked.
- Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist with interacting with customers, take orders and serving food and drinks when needed
- Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order
- Provide an awesome beverage experience for customers

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a bar for this position.
- Possess a SFA hygiene certificate
- Good knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving of beverages will be advantages.
- Knowledge about healthy or ketogenic cocktails or beverages will be an advantage
- Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced working environment.
- Guest driven, outgoing and friendly
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
