Role Summary

We're seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who will help ensure smooth operations, lead the service team, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts (seating, service flow, cleanliness)
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver attentive, polished service
  • Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and resolve any service issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams to manage timing, orders, and ensure consistency
  • Assist with inventory and stock control for service-related items
  • Monitor service standards, hygiene, and café/restaurant presentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or similar F&B setting
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, team-player
