About the Role

You will lead the sales function end-to-end to deliver **profitable, consistent growth** across an assigned territory/product portfolio in the medical & healthcare supplies space.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute **sales strategies and plans** to meet/exceed Management targets
- Acquire new accounts and cultivate key accounts; maintain strong partner networks
- Collect and analyse **market & competitor data** (products, pricing, activities)
- Work with the Business Development Director on **product-market fit & pricing**:

- Run **client needs/CSAT surveys** and drive service-level improvements

Sales Management
- Lead and coach the team across the **full sales cycle**; ensure targets are met/exceeded
- Guide members on **pre-sales & after-sales** (incl. negotiations and service recovery)
- Set and track **team targets/KPIs**; drive pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain senior relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
- Own **product forecasting & trend analysis**; track inventory and manage aged stock
- Review and submit **sales commission** calculations for approval

Financials & Governance
- Manage **sales budget and expenditures** to ensure profitability
- Prepare reports and support audits/compliance as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Sales Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- **15+ years** sales experience (preferably in **pharmaceutical/medical** sector), with **5+ years** leading a sales team
- Proven **target achievement** record; aggressive yet ethical, results-oriented approach
- Strong **commercial fundamentals**, business acumen, and stakeholder management
- **Computer-literate**; exposure to **SAP** preferred
- **English proficiency** for client and internal communication; **Mandarin is a plus** to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders _(role-related; not a hiring preference)_
