You will be part of the HR team that is responsible for the migration of HR data to a new HR system. You will also be assisting in the management of hardcopy and softcopy personnel files.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in the following activities: Perform data collation and data clean-up Perform data mapping from current SAP HR system to new Workday HR system Participate in data conversion activities and perform data reconciliation Perform post-conversion data validation Assist in tracking progress of data migration activities With guidance, understand the data management and retention policy and assist with the management of personnel files Other data management activitiesJob Requirements Be comfortable working with data and is detail-oriented Be able to meet set timelines independently Have basic understanding of HR processes and HR systems such as SAP or Workday Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel as a tool to manage data
