
Contract Data Management Officer, HR Policy

You will be part of the HR team that is responsible for the migration of HR data to a new HR system. You will also be assisting in the management of hardcopy and softcopy personnel files.
This role is a 12-month contract position.
**Main Responsibilities**
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Perform data collation and data clean-up
- Perform data mapping from current SAP HR system to new Workday HR system
- Participate in data conversion activities and perform data reconciliation
- Perform post-conversion data validation
- Assist in tracking progress of data migration activities
- With guidance, understand the data management and retention policy and assist with the management of personnel files
- Other data management activities
**Job Requirements**
- Be comfortable working with data and is detail-oriented
- Be able to meet set timelines independently
- Have basic understanding of HR processes and HR systems such as SAP or Workday
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel as a tool to manage data
