Head of Product Solutioning

Singapore CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Full time

You will be part of the Group Technology Team as primary liaison between business units and IT team, reporting to the Group Head of Technology. You are responsible for product solutioning and execution, including gathering and prioritizing Business and customer requirements, and working closely with IT, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You are expected to balance between business needs and technology solution to deliver successful outcome and value.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Maintaining strong relationships with all business units and understand their needs
- Working closely with businesses and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and schedule for new initiatives
- Effectively communicating and able to translate from technology solution to business and vice versa
- Ability to set expectations and priorities with business units what it can be achieved in the technology solution space
- Liaising with all relevant technology team for formulating options and solutions
- Managing conflict and ensuring the processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
- Deal and communicate with all levels of stakeholders; from head of the group to end users
- Engaging and managing third party vendor to ensure smooth delivery of agreed solution when it is required
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Bachelor's degree required, and more than 5 years of working experience is preferred.
- Exposure in securities or financial industry is preferred
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders
- Travel to regional offices is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
