As a Head of Product Management, based in Zurich or Singapore you will be part of a highly innovative leadership team and successful company

**What will you do**
- You develop the vision and strategic direction of the product aligning customer needs and business growth objectives
- You nurture and mentor a highly-talented team of product managers across the globe
- You lead the product lifecycle from idea, to requirements and launch of winning products
- You own the roadmap definition by translating new and changing market requirements into action in line with company’s vision & strategy and collaboration with the software development team
- You develop, define and execute go-to-market, growth hacking strategies and customer retention plans
- You drive product synchronicity across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering departments to build phenomenal products
- You act as primary contact for all internal customer and stakeholder queries
- You communicate the software platform solutions strategy and goals to the team and the business

**What do we expect**
- Strong and consistent track record of 10+ years in product management with SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, IoT or predictive analytics ideally in industrial (B2B) context
- A compelling communicator - able to convey C-suite, external audiences and internal cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment: a can-do attitude with the ability to execute with excellence and speed
- Strategic and tactical thinking, capability of prioritizing opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts
- Organize thematic work areas in deep detail to align vision and execution
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop teams as well as experienced with agile development methodologies
- University degree in an engineering/IT discipline, any complementary business education is a plus
- Track record in global and cross-cultural work environment
- Data-driven methodology for decision making using KPI
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
