**Head of Production**

The Head of Production is responsible for providing leadership to the overall creative, concept development, technical operations, post-production and delivery for all aspects of content production for our clients. The role is a combination of video production as well as overall strategic and creative direction. This includes developing the strategies and plans to fulfill clients’ video and motion graphics content needs for use across all relevant client touch points including website, social media, mobile, and developing platforms along with non-owned channels.
- To work closely with the team and take aleadership role in creating content for clients
- To lead the development of production strategies, timelines, checks and balances for the successful production of all contents
- To be responsible for the development, staffing and assets of the Production Department
- To directly oversee, manage, and supervise any third-party production house
- To lead and oversee budgets, planning and overall control of the content creation
- To lead the creative direction, organize and plan, assigned projects to the team
- Oversee the project management and execution of projects and deliver to clients
- To lead team in identifying, evaluating and addressing continuous improvement of workflow process opportunities
- Establish short and long-term budget, equipment and space requirement for a growing segment of the business
- Lead the research and testing of new equipment and software, ensuring efficiency in producing defined content
