**Role Summary**:
Deal Management Analyst that takes up ownership of the end-to-end deal governance process for deal engagement from analyzing a deal basis, routing for pricing approval and ensuring compliance with deal approval matrix and process. Ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines and require strong analytical and deal P&L understanding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Simulate and analyse deal profit and loss of various model for Senior Management decision making.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop pricing strategies that drive sales.
- Provide insightful recommendations on strategic pricing approach to increase competitive edge of the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with Regional Pricing Team for Regional Lead deals and contribute to cross-country project success.
- Analyse historical pricing models and propose new viable pricing structure for future actionable opportunities.
- Review “Request for Proposal” (RFP) documents to identify risk exposure and provide suggestion for risk mitigation.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify and articulate key industry trends.
- Ensure all deal pursuit are incompliance with internal Deal Governance.
- Ensure the compliance of Pricing Approval Matrix and Deal Governance Process.
- Manage a bid process to support accounts team to win deals.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business and Commerce or minimum 3 Years of professional experience within the field of pricing/bid and project management of complex offers/proposal in Hardware, Software or Services industry.
