**Job Description**:
As a Key Account Manager
- Marketplace, you will drive profitable sales and customer growth on digital marketplace platforms through partner and assortment expansion while consistently maintaining the H&M brand. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns and building the business into a strategic profit center. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Set, optimize, and secure strong activity plans for the brand on external marketplace
- Gain familiarity with the commercial agenda of our partners, and maximize selling peaks through accurate forecasting and inventory planning
- Build and maintain brand health on the platform in terms of catalogue, content, callouts, assortment and offer
- Own sales analyses, reporting ROI and develop sales and customer insights through consistent follow-ups with marketplace partners
- Collaborate with marketplace partners and local marketing team to set and deliver on marketing budgets, and optimize both paid and owned channels to drive traffic, customer growth, and revenue
- Develop growth strategies that capitalize on current and emerging business opportunities across assortment, promotions, marketing & communications, and technology
- Explore new initiatives and opportunities designed to meet and exceed the needs of the customer
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations teams (both internal and external) to secure timely deliveries and post purchase customer experience
- Explore and implement best practices for marketplace inventory fulfillment; identify areas for improvement that can lead to cost savings, greater efficiencies and profitability
- Act as a brand ambassador and build the H&M brand in the marketplace digital environment
- Develop and execute promotional events to drive strong customer awareness and conversion
- Drive and promote a consistent, brand-appropriate presence across all high engagement visibility areas on marketplace/ communications through strong price and product presentation
- Ensure that H&M is well-represented during key selling and customer base-building time period
- Ensure that copy and metadata are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines
- Secure strong collaboration between external partners and develop strong internal relationships across functional areas such as merchandising, visuals, business tech, marketing and logistics and meet revenue goals
- Continuously drive new ways of working and setting new standards for best practices with respect to marketplace partnership
- Support global functions by providing market knowledge and sharing local initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**Your skills and background**:

- 5+ years of professional experience working within e-commerce or retail industry working for digital business
- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications and basic understanding of digital marketing
- Have a passion for fashion content and love to build a brand in a digital environment
- Solid leadership and project management experience within e-commerce
- Sales driven, customer-centric, creative, and problem solving
- Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve results working both strategically and operationally
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer and sales insights into short and long-term commercial actions.
- Experience using Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Tableau (or similar tools)
- Ability to lead effectively and create results in a highly complex environment
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to determine key priorities
- Believes in entrepreneurial spirit, agile way of working and thrives in changing environment
- Proven ability to achieve results working both strategically and operationally

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will become a part of the E-commerce team and report directly to the Head of Ecommerce & Visual Merchandising - Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines.
