**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Be able to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward goals
- Contribute significantly to the company's outreach and recruitment endeavours
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labour market conditions to ensure competitive hiring and marketing strategies.

- Proven track record of successful sales, preferably within industry or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
