Reporting to Regional Supply Services Director - ASEAN & Greater China, supporting operation effectiveness for company key engine of growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Regional go to person in term of Project initiative: supply process owner while focusing on speed and optimizing cost.
- Monitor and Report service performance
- across the region, key platforms and e-retailers and local eDB.
- PFR dedicated eCommerce tracking and ATP review through dedicated analytics in place.
- Work backwards from ATP to improve different touch points like Service levels, forecasting etc. to help maintain 95%+ ATP.
- Support eCommerce S&OP tracking across each key CMU to guarantee maximum product availability and financial target adherence.
- Engage with Lazada E-Logistics and Shopee Warehousing teams continuous process improvements.
- Lead key collaborative eCommerce Customers supply projects.
- Be Supply Lead for regional eCommerce EPD product initiatives insuring regional harmonization and executions insuring speed to market.
- Support global eCommerce product & packaging adjustment journey - for key eCommerce standard (PFP, SOIC, FFP) and beyond.
- Benchmark market best practices on fulfilment: key hardware / software investments directions.
- Manage eCommerce related supply services budget.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree qualifications.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (preferably 2 years in eCommerce platform).
- Demonstrated business acumen and superior influencing skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment to deliver on time and in full.
