Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to spearhead the creation and management of robust supply chains within ASEAN. This critical role involves formulating effective procurement strategies, ensuring security of supply, total cost of supply, inventory management, risk mitigation, local logistics, and related supply activities.

  • Create and manage cost-effective supply chains across ASEAN, focusing on inventory optimization and risk reduction.
  • Lead warehouse and distribution management to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate stock levels, and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Develop and implement replenishment strategies, manage safety stock levels, and mitigate obsolescence risks for indirect sales.
  • Evaluate and comply with local regulations, customs, and trade requirements in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with market demand and business growth objectives.
  • Analyze logistics costs (freight, warehousing) and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service levels.
Continuous Improvement Project Lead

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and improve cost performance across APAC. This includes applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the supply chain, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for recurring supply chain disruptions, developing and tracking KPIs to measure project success, collaborating with regional teams to standardize best practices and implement scalable process improvements, and ensuring SOPs are properly documented and updated.

Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and training to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team, support the delivery of business-critical systems, recommend improvements in workflows or methods that are input to Supply ChainSafetyPerformMaintain and improve EHS standards and requirements as set by the Company, participate in the company's EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the Company.
