**About Our Client**:
Our client is a globally recognised restaurant chain celebrated for its casual dining atmosphere and diverse menu offerings, including signature cocktails and classic American dishes. Our client has expanded worldwide, maintaining its reputation for vibrant ambience and innovative cuisine.
- Expertise in setting up Franchise Operations, Business Development and scaling up the Brand according to the Network Stretch and Roll out Plan across South East Asia.
- Expertise in planning, budgeting and setting up systems for operations, ensuring regulatory compliance to guarantee safety standards.
- Develop a comprehensive Franchise Model for the Brand encompassing Prototype creation, Brand Brochure development, Network Expansion strategy, Roll Out Plan formulation, and Operations and Production Manual establishment.
- Collaborate with International Franchise department members, working closely with the Director of Operations.
- Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new partnerships while ensuring financial targets are achieved. Responsible for overall strategic planning and coordination.
- Acquire new restaurant locations, negotiate lease agreements, and liaise with landlords to identify suitable market segments.
- Finalize lease agreements, negotiate renewals, and formalize lease documentation for retail malls and food courts.
- Oversee leasing matters including new leases, renewals, and terminations, maintaining an updated lease database and documentation.
- Stay informed about market conditions, consumer trends, and F&B industry dynamics such as new mall openings, closures, rental trends, and demographic shifts. Prepare management reports highlighting pertinent issues as needed.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least a Bachelor/ Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
- At least 5 years of Franchise Business Development & Operations experience in the F&B industry
- Proven experience in franchising experience, if possible in SEA
- Good understanding of franchise operations, legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and market trends.
- Travelling is required
