**Your new company**

My client is a German premium retail footwear brand, with their regional headquarters in Singapore. They are hiring a Franchise Manager to be based in Singapore. This is a new headcount.

**Your new role**

As the Franchise Manager, you will be involved in management of own store(s), implement omnichannel strategies to drive sales and enhance customer touchpoints. You will lead the store team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roll-out plan for new stores, taking the lead in launching new store projects. You will also oversee partner stores, ensuring branding guidelines and objectives are met. This role is regional and spans across SEA & Australia.

**What you'll need to succeed**

At least 5+ years of Retail Operations / Franchise Operations across SEA & Australia markets, preferably with premium retail fashion apparel brands. Willingness to travel for work when required.

**What you'll get in return**

Up to an annual base of SGD80K + Bonus.
