**Key Responsibilities**
The individual will oversee the service crew contractors along with standardized policy and performance management. He/she will be working to improve the quality of service providers by ensuring the compliance to contractual obligations and the fulfillment of service standards.

**Service Crew Management**
- Onboard and cutover new contractors.
- Manage multiple contractors with regards to compliance with contractual agreements.
- Organize and conduct audits on contractors based on contractual agreements.
- Provide advisory and administrative support to operations or other departments regarding contract management.
- Track contractor’s performance and manage their performance issues.
- Able to set up, lead and manage separate teams of compliance officers.
- Mediate and manage disputes between contractors.
- Track costs, investigate and resolve invoice issues.

**Administration**
- Participate in all audits by external auditors and government regulators.
- Data analysis and reporting to senior management using Microsoft Office Software.
- Learn how to use and manage the in-house clocking system.
- Participate in projects as assigned by Reporting Officers.

**Key Requirements** KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with min 2 years of experience in manpower management is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office Software like PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Organized and able to pay attention to details.
- Experience in project management and contract management will be a plus.
- Able to travel between SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1 & 2 when necessary.
