**Responsibilities**:

- Understand NEP Singapore operations, products, services and client relationships.
- Assist the Business Development Director in setting sales goals and formulating strategies and policies to penetrate the target market.
- Determine annual revenue and gross-profit plans by developing and implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Meet sales financial objectives by people management; forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains and expands client base; building and maintaining rapport with key clients; identifying new client opportunities.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key segments
- Self-motivated and innovative out-of-the-box thinking
- Recognize the importance of document preparation for the projects, assist with preparation of technical and commercial documentation such as proposal, technical manual etc.
- With support of Engineering, determine and analyze resources needed to fulfill projects requirements; coordinate with the finance department and senior management to obtain necessary approvals
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing it on to client.
- Communicate with Crewing, Equipment Allocation, Engineering, and Logistics departments, coordinating their activities to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of projects to clients
- Identify external resources needed to support the operation and projects, assign the responsibilities to third parties (individual or companies).
- Ensure that standard procedures, the necessary administrative and legal formalities are followed and completed, when third parties are hired for any projects. Also, ensures that the third party properly executes the agreed terms and conditions.
- Facilitate team and client meeting effectively, update the team about any changes related to projects
- Develop, gather, document and analyze customer feedback
- Conduct project post-mortem to establish best practices
- Formulate suggestions on how to make an optimum use of the resources of the organization
- Support department, company and NEP Group initiatives
- Ensure legal and company policy compliance
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and utmost professionalism, upholding company’s image, reflecting the Sales & Marketing role in being an ambassador for the company and group
- Knowlege of Outside Broadcast technology and industry
