**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting to the APAC Regional Security Manager, the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive/Executive will work closely with the APAC Regional Security Team and SG Hub Business Units in ensuring the security of people, assets, and operations within SG Hub. The incumbent will assist in the management of SG Hub security functions, developing and implementing the SATS Security Management System, and ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide corporate security support for local aviation and physical security operations in SG Hub
- Provide guidance to SG Hub Business Units on security procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory and control requirements
- Conduct and oversee security risk assessment at current locations to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in local internal and external security investigations, ensuring thorough and accurate reporting of findings
- Support the Business Unit in the implementation, oversight and review of SATS Security Incident Management Programme
- Manage key meetings to present performance metrics and security updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of security status and initiatives
- Maintain liaison with government, industry, security, and intelligence professionals within SG hub to maintain strategic relationships for information sharing and networking
- Support local HSSE initiatives and contribute to the overall promotion of a safe and secure working environment.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Head of HSSE and the Regional Security Manager

**Key Requirements** Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate security, aviation security, or law enforcement, with a focus on Singapore Aviation Operations.
- Strong background in security investigations.
- Ability to identify security issues and implement customized solutions.
- Proven capability to operate effectively in diverse situations, from collaborative teamwork to independent, self-motivated tasks.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond rapidly to local security incidents.
- Familiarity with ICAO/IATA Security Requirements, APD Security Directives, security certifications and standards, such as ISO 28000, RA3 Cargo certification, TAPA Air Cargo Security standards, CT PAT, and ACC3 Cargo certification.
- Fluent in English.
