Significant experience in technology related sales team leadership with great track record (or a business development, sales engineering, consulting background with remarkable achievements). - Direct field experience in working with complex Enterprise Accounts. - In-depth understanding of customer use cases and industry trends in the main enterprise industries. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion, often in an ambiguous environment - Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must. - Willingness for regular travel activity. - SaaS/Cloud experience.
Job summary
Would you like to lead pan-ASEAN efforts focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing large ASEAN Enterprises? Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish AWS as a key technology platform provider within our Greenfield accounts? As a Sales Leader Greenfields you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology by increasing the adoption and market segment presence of AWS.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help to drive business growth and expansion in a defined greefield territory.
- Develop and execute against a business plan, meet or exceed your quarterly targets.
- As a single threaded owner, manage a distributed team of in-country Accounts Managers and cross functional resources.
- Develop and articulate the sales strategy of AWS in the Greenfield sector.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive the AWS adoption.
- Articulate AWS’ value and influence on market trends such as digitalization, Industry 4.0, IoT, DevOps, data analytics and cloud/business transformation up to C-Level.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- 10 years of technology related sales experience, running enterprise, commercial or mid-market sales
- 5 years of sales management experience.
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
- Direct field & management experience in working with commercial accounts.
- Extensive customer network.
- Multi-year industry expertise in manufacturing, automotive, retail, FSI, or Life Science.
- Sales experience in ASEAN
