- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager

- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Administrative work - eg client’s birthday gifting, case preparations, portfolio summary, preparing business expenses
- Various ad hoc requests - purchase of office supplies, running personal errands on behalf of a manager, screening for interviews

Commitment
- Looking for a part-timer who can commit 2-3 days/ week (mothers are welcomed) of 6h/day.
- Potentially able to convert into full-timer if there is a fit in working styles after 3 months.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
