
Business Development Executive

The Business Development Officer is responsible for building, sustaining and expanding Audio House’s online platform customer base through acquiring new business partners both locally. The job responsibilites include:
1) Identify trends for consumer products (not limited to Audio House’s core product offerings) that will drive online shopping on Audio House’s platform.
2) Develop presentation materials to show case the advantages and great potential of Audio House’s online platform.
3) Aggressively source, negotiate and collaborate with potential business partners/vendors to list their consumer products on Audio House’s online platform.
4) Help business partners/vendors to understand, motivate and drive them to meet Audio House’s customers/members’ needs and requirements.
5)) Assist business partners/vendors to list their products (photos, pricing etc) on Audio House’s website for sale.
6) Track and analyse the sales performance of business partners/vendors. E.g. incremental sales in value brought-in, product popularity etc.
7) Respond and support business partners/vendors on any issues that may arise and escalate when required.
8) Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and potential business partners/vendors.
9) Any ad-hoc projects and other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
**Job Requirements**:
1) Able to demonstrate keen commercial acumen, is solutions oriented and have strong ownership over outcomes.
2) Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and negotiate with business owners.
3) Highly adaptable person who is comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving situations.
4) Possess good networking and relationship building skills.
5) Those with some direct contacts with business owners will be a bonus.
7) Fresh Polytechnic graduates with keen interest in E-Commerce sales are most welcome to apply.
