**Operations and Programme Executive**

Reporting to the Senior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting and caring for the families living in Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room by providing hospitality services
- Ensuring hospitality supplies and inventories are readily available to meet the daily needs of the families
- Maintenance of cleanliness and housekeeping by ensuring the families rest in a comfortable environment
- Responsible for organising and overseeing existing programme like the Happy Wheels Cart, Paediatric Happy Snack Packs that bring smile and positive experience to the sick children and their families at the paediatric wards and clinics
- Responsible for volunteer management programme inclusive of training, recruiting and retention of volunteers to support the various operation of the facilities
- Providing administrative support relating to all aspects of operation
- Liaison work with hospital staff, suppliers, individuals and corporate volunteers, and other key stakeholders
- Involvement in RMHC Gala preparation and actual day
- Assist Comms department on operational matters for any events

Willingness to work shift from 1pm to 9pm. Those in the service or hospitality line will have an advantage.
