As a Customer Incident Communication Specialist, you will be in a central position to significantly influence the service experience of our customers worldwide. As part of a motivated, small team, you will ensure that our customers are informed about everything that affects their data production and thus ensure their continuity of activities. In addition to communication, prevention as well as solution and improvement activities in connection with technical disruptions also play an important role.

**What You Will Do**:

- prevention, management and post-processing of serious production problems related to market data feeds and other SIX Financial Information services
- ensuring external and internal customer communication of production problems and technical changes
- interface with departments and business units of SIX (locally and globally) to coordinate the resolution of customer issues
- market data quality assurance according to specifications triggered by tolerance controls
- clearly communicate relevant information to the customer to effectively manage their expectations

**What You Bring**:

- high degree of customer centricity and empathy, ability to build relationships with various stakeholders both locally and globally
- readiness of mind and ability to work under pressure
- experience (3yrs or more) in crafting and/or reviewing product related messaging and communications
- experience and comprehension of the banking industry and banking instruments
- very good knowledge of English spoken and written, additional languages are a plus. Ideally experience in internal and/or external customer communication
