Within the Securities Services business unit, SIX SIS Ltd acts as the Swiss central securities depositary (CSD) and provides global custody services to Swiss and international clients. With Europe as its home base, SIX SIS Ltd established a subsidiary in Singapore in 2021 and is now looking for a Network Management & Customer Service Officer APAC to further expand the team in Asia.

This new role, based in Singapore, is part of the Securities Services Team and reports into the Regional Head Securities Services APAC. The focus will be on Client Management and Business Development of our Core Services - Custody, Settlement & Asset Servicing - into international markets. As part of a small team, you will ensure a close collaboration between salespersons, product and operational specialists to answer all client related queries. On top of that, this role is also an extension of the Network Management Team based in Zurich in order to provide on-site support activities.

**What You Will Do**:

- take ownership to handle network queries and escalations from clients and sub-custodians for assigned markets
- prepare due diligence visit by collecting and coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders
- monitor, reconcile and prepare bookings to ensure custody invoice payments are paid timely
- in close collaboration with the Network Management team in Switzerland, support contract negotiations / liaison for sub-custodians
- manage market developments and work with internal stakeholders to support the development and implementation of new or revised services or operational requirements that will affect clients
- supporting clients regarding all their inquiries related to securities services with a focus on Settlements & Asset Servicing as well as market procedures and specialities
- provide proactive information to customers for all Asian markets regarding pending Settlements and upcoming Corporate Actions, as well as monitor and transmit customer and custodian instructions
- ensure quality management and efficient cooperation with internal and external clients
- closely align the activities with the operations centre in Switzerland

**What You Bring**:

- you are a Singapore citizen
- at least 1-3 years of experience in network management and / or client servicing role in international custody business in a financial institution
- good industry and regulatory knowledge, especially in APAC markets
- you like to work independent, be a committed team player with a high level of resilience and quality standard and have advanced analytical skills
- you are able to work with complicated financial data and ideally have an established network in the APAC region
