**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Position Summary**:
To manage an integrated service department with responsible for giving customers satisfaction and maintaining harmonious relationship among employees. To be responsible for all the sections in the Services Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To oversee all maintenance services provided to contract and non-contract customers with the maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness
- With the assistance of Supervisors to brief and allocate work schedules to the service technicians and engineers
- To ensure that adequate stock is available for the maintenance of contracted customers requirements
- To monitor and control all equipment ‘loaned’ to customers and equipment returned to the workshop or to a supplier for repair
- To initiate where necessary or maintain close liaison with all contracted, and important regular non-contracted customers
- To assist in proposing, and securing maintenance contracts from new customers
- To assist and promote the renewal of existing maintenance contracts
- To identify and promote system upgrades to customer as and when required
- To ensure that all new service technicians are trained in the maintenance of present and future installations
- To provide on-going training in all aspects of maintenance to existing service technicians and engineers
- To provide training for new products to service technicians and engineers as and when introduced and for this purpose he should liaise with Technical Manager
- to liaise with different departments to achieve close working relationships and mutual cooperation

- To keep senior management informed of any developments within your area of responsibility
- To monitor each staff of your team on a regular basis to evaluate their performance and identify room for improvement
**Job Specification**:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering with at least 5 years’ working experience in similar field
- Excellent business knowledge in the field of electronic security
- Sophisticated skill in people management
- Business acumen and commercial awareness
- Well organized and good time management
- Excellent inter-personal skill with all level of staff & managers
- Can work independent and under pressure
