**Responsibilities**:

- Manage service delivery and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring that Ensign’s obligations are met.
- Be the single point of contact and interface with clients on all service matters
- Provide and present the service performance reports to clients based on the agreed format and period of reporting.
- Function as the Change Manager, manage the end-to-end change management process and review all change requests
- Drive service improvements of operational processes
- Perform other duties as required by the management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in written and presentation.
- Strong customer focus.
- Demonstrate the drive to excel and achieve goals.

Preferred Skills /Qualities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Services Management
- Technical knowledge in IT operations.
- Experience in government IT environment
