IS-SS is looking for a Senior Project Manager who “owns” the project responsibility with strong track record and manage multiple,

simultaneous tracks to maange Cloud Solutions for our Japan MNC clients. Professionals who take pride in getting it done, within scope, time

and budget.

**Working at NTT**

Integrated Services Delivery Management oversees the development of integrated service solutions through project activities. This position coordinates all aspects of an integrated service solution offering project for a client, from inception to installation. The incumbent of this
position manages the provision of highly visible client support services through the performance of on-site installation. They ensure continuity in service and may also act as an advocate for the client within NTT Ltd.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all stages of the service delivery and implementation (including planning, scoping, detailed designing, scheduling, resources planning against pre-defined deliverables)
- Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery approach in minimising risk and cost associated with implementation Coordinate the facilitation of technical design workshops, and pre-defined scope in order to integrate all factory products into an integrated solution
- Ensure the implementation and project management the technical solution from inception to installation
- Oversee the provision of client support through the performance of on-site installation
- Manage the identification, investigation and resolution of technical incidents and problems by providing technical end user support
- Mentor and coach engineers to enable result of the delivery being the best outcome for client Lead, manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of Integrated Service Delivery Engineers to support the delivery of services to clients
- Lead and co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of effective business processes and practices with an operational focus
- Actively champion the voice of the client to create service improvement and enhance quality and efficiency
- Focus on keeping client’s satisfaction with services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, meet project deadlines
- Help drive professionals to ensure the efficient service delivery to clients
- Contribute to the implementation of change and organisational development
- Lead and drive the troubleshooting of complex technical issues, ensuring that service agreements are and uses creativity to find ways to make the service better
- Develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary
- Coordinate the resolution of client issues (services / product update or maintenance) via onsite or off site and providing support with projects and/or roll outs
- Oversee the maintenance and preparation of documentation associated with integrated service delivery engineering
- Provide support and guidance to the team
- Collaborate with internal leadership / stakeholders to set the strategy and direction for the team of Integrated Service Delivery Engineers
- Manage and coordinate the integrated service delivery budget, compile reports and integrated service delivery metrics
- Observe the external market by analysing integrated service delivery management trends and recommend improvements to existing procedures, strategies and policies
