**Primary Objectives of Position**
- To lead, plan, strategize, control and supervise the overall operations of AWWA Integrated Home & Day Care (IHDC) and drive development and implementation of policies, procedures and standards as well as risk management frameworks to ensure its effective and efficient functioning with high quality service delivery to clients there by meeting the organizational goals and mission.
- To be a part of the management team at HSC to build and leverage effective relationships with stakeholders.
- To assist Deputy Director & Director, Health & Senior Care in accomplishing the organizational mission and aim to strategize and align the service delivery and/or develop service models as per the needs of the community and funding agencies.

**Responsibilities**:
Principal Responsibilities
- To lead a team of professional, non-professional and general staff and to motivate and guide them to ensure smooth and effective functioning & service delivery at AWWA IHDC.
- Plan & manage manpower resources such as supporting with recruitment strategies, conducting manpower reviews planning & overseeing staff training and development and management of staff performances.
- Develop and implement outreach plan to seniors to improve their quality of life, reduce social isolation and ensure access to seamless and integrated care.
- Oversee enrolment for the centre, monitor client’s safety and progress, prepare & report client’s progress/KPIs to internal and external stakeholders, set centre's directions for engagement with seniors/families, community and other stakeholders and manage feedbacks received.
- Manage operations by setting strategic directions & KPIs for the centre, lead development of programmes & activities, driving and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
- Strategize and review the operational methods to ensure compliance to service model guidelines given by MOH, AIC and other funding agencies.
- Conduct periodic reviews and update existing SOPs. Ensure compliance of SOP by all staff in the centre through constant reviews, updates and communications.
- Responsible for preparing & implementing annual work plans and budget plans for the centre, monitoring and accounting for the utilisation of centre’s resources.
- Accountable to track the Centre’s performances regularly and ensure timely submission of reports to the relevant stakeholders from time to time.
- Drive compliance and risk management activities and be responsible to establish/revise policies, procedures and standards as per the ground needs and in alignment with organizational directions.
- Drive service excellence initiatives, promote internal & external collaborations, strategise long-term quality improvement and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Establish networks with local community-based services/resources, such as grassroots, social service agencies, corporate organisations, schools and other institutions to support the needs of the clients/centre.
- Establish relationship with individual/corporate volunteers/donors for the centre and to extend support for the efforts and initiatives by AWWA Community Partnership & Communications departments.
- Access data management systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance to clients’ confidentiality and adherence to PDPA policies at all times.
- To lead and/or play active role in regular and/or adhoc projects undertaken by AWWA Health & Senior Care in the interest of clients and/or organizational betterment.
- To identify potential areas of opportunities for service expansion & support the Deputy Director & Director in business expansion plans.
- Understand MISSION framework, practice relevant tools and teach within the service.

**Other Responsibilities**
- To perform any other duties as directed by Deputy Director, Director & AWWA Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree holder with minimum 7 years’ experience in Nursing, Therapy or Social Work domain with emphasis on Day Care Centre management.
- Strong passion to serve seniors.
- 3 years in leadership and supervisory role in their respective disciplines
- Competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and management skills
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent planning and interpersonal skills
- Organised, meticulous and has eye for details.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
