Job description
**Responsibilities**:
1. Offer an exceptional gaming experience to players by handling queries in a timely, positive and professional manner.
2. Investigate and follow up on player inquiries and respond in the most efficient and appropriate way possible.
4. Educate players about game-related issues and resolve other technical/non-technical inquiries.
5. Provide support on other duties as assigned, including supporting other projects within the team.
**Requirements**:
**1. Language capability**: fluency in either English, Russian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Traditional Chinese or German, and can use either English or Chinese as a working language.
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
3. Available to work on a shift schedule basis which may include weekends.
4. Avid interest in the gaming industry; passion for gaming, anime and comic book (manga) culture is a plus.
5. Knowledge of and passion for HoYoverse games is a plus.
