
Buildbuilt’s Customer Service Support

**Role Summary**
The Customer Service Support (CSS) will be crucial to assist BuildBuilt (BB) with seamless client onboarding. The CSS will pivot internally between our top/mid-funnel team (media and marketing department) and our bottom-funnel team (interior design department). This role requires external engagement and managing clients from the top of the funnel to successful designer handover. BB’s CSS will ensure all onboarding service level agreements are met (eg. to connect client to designer within 5 days of first contact). The CSS will also support data-driven decision-making across departments by maintaining client enquiry data.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Coordination: Efficiently manage lead flow from initial inquiry through to designer engagement, ensuring timely responses and accurate handovers.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client information in Google Sheets and other future CRM platforms, ensuring high data accuracy and availability for strategic use.
- Scheduling Support: Manage Google Calendars for designer’s enquiry (Meet and Greet) appointments, scheduling client meetings accurately and resolving any conflicts or rescheduling needs promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a virtual assistant/customer service role or similar, with strong proficiency in digital platforms like Google Sheets, CRM software, and scheduling tools.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field would be great.
