**The Department / Team**:The HR Service Delivery function is accountable for implementing and maintaining the Global HRMS systems, managing reporting and data analytics, overseeing global HR project management and ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient HR transaction processing and APAC/EMEA payroll processing within the HR Service Team. The HR Service Delivery function consists of the Global HR Service Team, Global HR Project Management Office and Global HR Data & Analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point person for data entry and status changes into the HR system (Success Factors) including workflow monitoring and document scanning, filing and other HR transatcions.
- Ensure all Service Team processes, standards and protocols are followed, including those focused on data quality controls
- Provide initial contact and support for customers managing sensitive and confidential information related to HR issues
- Provide customer support that generates a high level of customer satisfaction and inspires confidence through effective communication, expert knowledge, and efficient escalation to resolve issues
- Provide support as needed for the Human Resources Team
- Role may expand to include responsibilities for administration of additional HR processes
- Support employee lifecycle processes: new hire, transfers, change in working hours and days, offboarding
- Support for benefits administration: enrolment, deregistration and processing of documents.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline will be highly regarded. Minimum 2 years work experience and understanding of Japan HR
- Must be a team player: willing to continuously and proactively collaborate and share information
- Comfortable with HR systems (WorkWise/Success Factors HRMS is preferable).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent customer service skills
- Proven time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills - Japanese language capability: verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
